The President of Eurasia University is Dr. It was founded by the Maçka Education, Culture and Social Service Foundation, founded by Ömer YILDIZ. The first application date to YÖK is the last day of 2004 (31 December.) Following the application, the processes foreseen in the legislation were completed and the establishment of the Eurasia University was accepted by law at the General Assembly of the Turkish Grand National Assembly in 2010. With the publication of the law in the Official Gazette dated 28.01.2011 with the number 27829, Avrasya University gained its legal personality.
